off -set obligation will be invoiced in June. Although not
required, first year swimmers are encouraged to participate in the
dues “off-set” obligation.

Swim Meet Attendance
& Entry Fees:
Attendance at swim meets involves entry
fees. Typical Inland Empire meets have an entry fee of $10/swimmer
and $3/individual event. Channel Cats also assess a $5/family meet
fee to help underwrite the coaches’ travel expenses, as well
as, team relay fees. Swimmers are entered into meets based on a
swimmer’s meet selection form which is
provided three times through the year (Fall, Winter & Summer).
These forms must be turned in to the Head Coach, on or before the
date requested. The Channel Cats pay all entry fees up front.
Individual swimmer’s entry fees are billed back to the family
in the next billing cycle. Remember it is your responsibility to
notify the coach & treasurer when and/or if you are unable to
attend a meet that you are entered in. Unfortunately, meet entry
fees are non-refundable 2 weeks prior to the
meet.
